Supervised Recovery Programme
Twelve weeks with a doctor of the team — for those who don't need surgery, and for those who aren't ready yet
Who it is for
Most people who send us an MRI with a compressed nerve are told honestly that surgery would help. Some don't need it at all. And many need time — to decide, to arrange money, to talk to their family.
The programme is for both. If you don't need surgery, it is your treatment. If surgery is recommended but you aren't ready, it is a supervised conservative trial — with your surgery slot held.
How it works
Programme day
An in-person examination, your baseline, a medication plan, and your first exercises — with your family if you wish.
A doctor checks on you
A ten-minute video or voice check-in with your doctor. Exercises in Uzbek and Russian, by phase. Prescriptions when needed.
Reassessment
Are you improving? The plan is adjusted — or, if something has changed, the surgeon sees you sooner.
Outcome
Your outcome report. Continue on your own, keep a monthly check-in — or, if the pain has not resolved, the consultation day with the programme fee credited.
Your surgery slot is held
If surgery was recommended, trying the programme first does not put you at the back of the queue. If you need the operation at the end, the date is there and the programme fee counts toward it.
