Within 48 hours a doctor from the team answers you by voice: surgery, a supervised recovery, or an examination.

If surgery may help: a consultation day with the surgeon — examination, the team's conclusion, a written plan.
If surgery isn't needed, or you aren't ready: a recovery plan and a supervised programme with a doctor of the team.
Your doctor discusses the cost with you in the chat after seeing your MRI; the price is fixed in writing at the consultation.
